Following our annual tradition, as spring reaches full bloom and nature awakens, Poligrāfijas grupa Mūkusala takes time to reflect on the past year and celebrate the results we’ve achieved together.

On May 30, just before the arrival of summer, our team embraced the theme of the event — “Ceļojums pie savējiem” (“A Journey to One’s Own”) — and symbolically “travelled” to the 13 countries where Poligrāfijas grupa Mūkusala delivered printed products in 2024.

Here’s a short overview of what we accomplished in 2024:

• Our total turnover was 16.5 million EUR;
• We worked with 179 clients, 35 of whom were new;
• We fulfilled 21% more orders than the previous year;
• Our client satisfaction rate hit 4.7 out of 5 – a record high we’re excited to overtake in the future!

We are happy to share our biggest achievements too: we started new cooperation and began printing 21 newspapers in Latgale. And of course, we organised and hosted the VĒRTĪBA DRUKĀ (VALUE OF PRINTING) event on September 5th, where we gathered our clients and partners to discuss the challenges and development opportunities in the printing industry. One person could never achieve this alone, and we strongly believe that the team is one of the key factors to our success! We are glad that in 2024 we had a large team of 111 workers, and we gladly welcomed 15 new colleagues. As always, we celebrated our colleagues’ achievements, and here are the winners of this year’s award categories!

A special award was presented to Renāte Dubrovska, Head of the Sales and Customer Service Department, for her outstanding contribution to the company’s development and for promoting international recognition through the implementation of the project VĒRTĪBA DRUKĀ (VALUE OF PRINTING).
