When we work together, we can build anything – especially our future. On March 20, the employees of Poligrāfijas grupa Mūkusala gathered together to celebrate the achievements of the last year. Guided by the motto of the event, “Building Tomorrow Together”, the team drew energy, inspiration, and each other’s support for the victories ahead.
While 2025 came with its challenges, we managed to accomplish a lot, and are proud to share these highlights:
One major milestone was the Digital Transformation and Innovation Project, which was implemented during the most part of the last year, and was successfully finalized in March 2026. Thanks to that, we managed to improve our IT infrastructure and the work of our printing equipment, which helps us to build the processes smoother and deliver even higher quality prints to our clients. More information about the project (in Latvian) can be found here.
On November 5, 2025 we organised our second seminar VĒRTĪBA DRUKĀ (VALUE OF PRINTING). We are glad that the event gave an opportunity for the Latvian and international industry experts and our clients to share their views on the challenges facing print media today and their ability to adapt to changing market conditions. You can find more information about the event here.
None of these achievements would be possible without our strong team behind every step we take. In 2025 we enjoyed having a large team of 113 specialists, and we gladly welcomed 15 new colleagues. Following our annual tradition, we celebrated those colleagues who achieved outstanding results over the past year.
